- The Service is a web-based editor for creating and simulating trading strategies and reviewing historical performance.
- The Service does not execute trades.
- The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any outputs are for informational/educational purposes only.
2) Early-access / demo nature
The Service is provided as an early-access demo and may contain bugs, inaccuracies, outages, and breaking changes. You acknowledge that:
- strategies and preferences are stored locally in your browser and may be lost (e.g., clearing browser storage or browser malfunction), and
- data loss or corrupted results are possible.
3) Market data / assets
The Service may provide historical market data snippets for simulation. We do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any data.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in any unlawful manner;
- attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where legally permitted;
- use automated means to access the Service in a way that causes excessive load.
5) Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, design, and content, except for any third-party components and open-source software governed by their own licenses.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
6) Your inputs
The strategies and settings you enter into the editor are stored locally in your browser. We do not claim ownership of your inputs.
7) Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
8) Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure/providers. Their terms may apply to their services.
9) Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
10) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including liability for intent, gross negligence, or mandatory statutory liability).
11) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
